  • Can I provide my own food and beverage or bring in an outside catering company?

    All food and beverage is provided by our on-property culinary staff. No outside catering is permitted.

  • Where is the closest airport?

    The closest airport is Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), 16.9 miles from our property.

  • Do you have a business center inside of Caloosa Sound Convention Center?

    We do not provide a business center. However, our team is happy to provide you with nearby resources.

  • Is the Convention Center directly attached to Luminary Hotel & Co.?

    Luminary Hotel is directly adjacent to and just steps from the front door of the Caloosa Sound Convention Center & Amphitheater.

  • Is there complimentary Wi-Fi?

    The lobby areas of Caloosa Sound Convention Center have complimentary Wi-Fi. Internet solutions are available for purchase through PSAV in each meeting venue.

  • What are the available parking options?

    There is parking at Luminary Hotel’s parking garage or across the street at the City of Palms parking garage. Metered parking is also available Downtown.

  • What is the role of my Event Manager?

    Once you sign your contract, an Event Manager will be assigned to you. The Event Manager will contact you before the event, assist in detailing of your event and follow up with you at the conclusion of the event. The primary responsibility of your Event Manager is to gather and communicate your event details and information to our various in-house departments, to make sure your event is in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Center and to ensure your event runs smoothly. Your Caloosa Sound Event Manager is your primary hub for venue information and is available to assist in making your event successful.
