Important Note: Guests may book either a standard reservation (full à la carte menu) or this $75 Three-Course Prix-Fixe Experience. By booking this experience, you are confirming your preference for the prix-fixe menu on New Year’s Eve. To ensure a seamless dining experience, the prix-fixe menu is required for the entire party. Beverages and additional à la carte add-ons ordered at the restaurant will be charged separately.

Ring in the New Year with an elegant three-course menu crafted by Chef Zachary Geerson, designed to celebrate the evening in true Silver King style! 

First Course (choice of):

• Truffle Deviled Egg Crostini with Chives on Toasted Rosemary Focaccia
• Roasted Beet Salad with Citrus, Burrata, and Pistachio Pesto 

Second Course (choice of):

• Grilled 12 oz Prime NY Strip with Potato & Gruyere Gratin, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, and Green Peppercorn Cream Sauce
• Pan Roasted Grouper with Lobster, Fennel & Fingerling Potato “Hash,” finished with Champagne Lobster Bisque

Third Course:

• Butterscotch-Chocolate Tart with “King’s Road” Ice Cream, Chocolate Crispies, and Salted Butterscotch Sauce
