Save the date! 

Celebrate Thanksgiving at Silver King with a special three-course holiday menu crafted by Chef Zachary Geerson. This exclusive dining experience will replace our regular menu and Chef’s Tasting Menu for the day, offering guests a festive take on the holiday’s classic flavors.

First Course (choice of):

  • Loaded mashed potato croquettes with bacon, charred scallions, aged cheddar, and crème fraîche–onion dip.
  • Butternut squash salad with sage derby cheese, baby arugula, pomegranate seeds, pepitas, and brown butter vinaigrette.
  • Truffle brie & broccoli soup with roasted broccoli, whipped brie, and pesto crostini.
  • Gambas al Ajillo – garlic sautéed shrimp, smoked paprika, baba ganoush, pistachios, fresh cilantro.

Second Course (choice of):

  • Pan-roasted Corvina with creamy saffron rice, baby carrots, toasted Marcona almonds, romesco, and micro cilantro.
  • 8 oz. grilled filet mignon with Yukon gold mash, grilled asparagus, and red wine demi-glace.
  • Luminary turkey dinner featuring white & dark meat turkey, sweet potato, green beans, cornbread stuffing, orange-cranberry sauce, and Chef Zimmermann’s famous gravy.
  • Wild mushroom & thyme risotto with king oyster mushroom “scallops,” Manchego, and toasted pistachios.

Third Course (choice of):

  • Chef Zach’s favorite pecan pie cheesecake.
  • Butterscotch-chocolate tart with “King’s Road” ice cream, chocolate crispies, and salted butterscotch sauce.
