The Silver King Coastal Kitchen

“Silver King” is the nickname of the tarpon, the glimmering gamefish which have long drawn avid anglers to the waters of Fort Myers. Borrowing this noble name, the hotel’s signature restaurant showcases a menu rich with shareable tapas-style plates, vibrant entrées crafted with fresh, local ingredients. Guests can also indulge in a five-course chef’s tasting menu, designed for those seeking a more elevated and adventurous dining experience or experience a monthly chef-curated wine dinner series.  

Ella Mae’s Diner

Located on the hotel’s ground floor with access to Bay Street, Ella Mae’s celebrates Dr. Ella Mae Piper’s legacy and gives a welcome twist to the classic southern diner, where inspired chefs put a lighter touch on a lineup of traditional neighborhood favorites. It’s here the community comes together to share stories as they enjoy classic comfort foods.  

Chips Sports Pub

Located just steps from Ella Mae’s Diner, Chips offers a social experience unlike any other in downtown Fort Myers, combining top-notch drinks and dining with Fort Myers’ only Topgolf Swing Suite.  

Oxbow Bar & Grill

Inspired by its unique location on the Caloosahatchee River, just steps from the hotel, the casual 120-seat restaurant features both indoor and outdoor seating. Menu selections include fresh oysters and other signature favorites, including fresh seafood, craft sandwiches, burgers, and more. Oxbow also captures the wonder of the natural landscape and celebrates urban adventure by offering a retail store for sportswear, gear, accessories, and destination souvenirs. With an outdoor terrace and windows overlooking the river, the restaurant’s second floor is reserved for special events and groups.  

The Workshop

The Workshop is the hotel’s state-of-the-art culinary theater where the community and guests are encouraged to innovate, experiment, and collaborate. With stadium–style seating, The Workshop is available for private functions, in addition to hosting a lineup of hands-on classes, presentations and demonstrations, as well as sessions showcasing the skills of local, regional, and national chefs.  

Beacon Street Social Drinkery

Twelve stories up, this rooftop bar lights up downtown Fort Myers with a selection of craft cocktails, fine wines, craft beer and champagnes, served alongside an Asian-inspired menu of small plate specialties, high above the Caloosahatchee.

Dean Street Coffee Roastery & Retail

Paying homage to the extension of Dean Street that used to exist where Luminary Hotel now sits, Dean Street Coffee features specialty coffees, carefully selected teas and curated retail items, paired with an upbeat neighborhood vibe. With its on-site Giesen Coffee Roaster overseen by roasting experts, guests and locals alike can fuel up for the day while learning more about this artisanal craft. The roasting process can also be experienced firsthand during weekly bean roasts, held inside the shop every Saturday at 10 AM. Dean Street Coffee is served as the house coffee, flowing through the hotel, its guest rooms, various dining outlets and the neighboring Caloosa Sound Convention Center.
