Rooftop Bar at Luminary Hotel & Co. Adds Elite Bourbon Reserves to Stellar Beverage Menu
FORT MYERS, Fla. (March 25, 2022) – Beacon Social Drinkery, the popular rooftop bar sitting atop Luminary Hotel & Co. in downtown Fort Myers, Florida, has announced a new Bourbon Reserve list, featuring some of the world’s rarest liquors. The list includes 18 fine hand-selected, barrel-aged spirits, such as WhistlePig 18 Year Double Malt Aged Rye, bottle No. 2 of 156 and the brand’s oldest rye; Buffalo Trace Wheat and Kosher Rye, made in partnership with the Chicago Rabbinical Council (cRc) using the same high-quality grains as W.L. Weller Bourbon Whiskey, and aged in designated Kosher barrels; and the Woodford Reserve Five-Malt Stouted ,which contains stouted mash and is the 17th release of the famous distillery’s Master’s Collection. The Bourbon Reserve list and full beverage menu can be viewed online and enjoyed at Beacon Social Drinkery, Monday through Wednesday from 4 to 11 p.m.; Friday from 3 p.m. to midnight; Saturday from noon to midnight; and Sunday from noon to 10 p.m.

While taking in the nearly 360-degree views of the riverfront and downtown area, guests at Beacon can explore an impressive menu of specialty drinks, local craft beers, wines and bubbles. The rooftop bar menu of tantalizing small plates features selections like Roasted Shishito Peppers, Candied Bacon BLT, Chefs Meats and Cheeses, Australian Wagyu Sliders and more. The unique 1600-square-feet space also provides an option for private social or corporate gatherings. Beacon Social Drinkery can comfortably accommodate up to 120 guests, with seating for 105.
Luminary Hotel & Co. features 243 guest rooms and suites; The Silver King Ocean Brasserie and Lobby Bar; Ella Mae's Diner; Oxbow Bar & Grill; Dean Street Coffee Roaster & Retail; The Workshop culinary theater; an indoor and outdoor fitness facility; and a spacious pool area on the fourth floor featuring an event deck overlooking the Caloosahatchee River.
