Three Sips, Three Bites: A Mother’s Day Special – May 7

Toast to Mom with a sophisticated evening of wine and culinary pairings. In collaboration with acclaimed French winery Paul Jaboulet Aîné, guests will enjoy three elegant pours from winemaker Caroline Frey, each served with a chef-curated bite. It’s the perfect pre-Mother’s Day gift or girls’ night out. Tickets are $60 per person and can be purchased online.

 

Beacon’s Mother’s Day Rooftop Brunch – May 11

Wrap up brunch season in style! This is your last chance until fall to enjoy brunch with a view at Beacon Social Drinkery. Treat Mom to creative dishes like Lemon-Poppyseed Pancakes with Blueberry Compote, Hot Honey Eggs Benedict with Fried Chicken, or savory Chilaquiles with Shrimp – all served with stunning skyline views from the twelfth floor. Shenandoah – The Extra Mile Tour at Caloosa Sound Amphitheater – May 11

The Silver King Ocean Brasserie Wine Dinner Series – Debuts May 29

Launching this month, The Silver King’s new Wine Dinner Series will feature multi-course meals paired with carefully selected wines. On the fourth Thursday of each month, the experience will showcase seasonal menus and sommelier-selected pours for an elevated evening of food and flavor.

 

The first event, themed "A Night in France," will feature four elegant courses, including chilled Florida pink shrimp with heirloom tomato and lemon, pan-roasted black grouper with shrimp and mussel bisque, prime New York strip with foie gras bordelaise, and a ricotta cheesecake with spiced apricot confiture. Each dish will be expertly paired with fine French wines, from a crisp Crémant de Loire to a lush Sauternes, creating a transportive evening that captures the flavors and spirit of France.
