Valentine's Day Dinner at the Silver King Coastal Kitchen
February 13 & 14 | $85 per guest
The Silver King Coastal Kitchen will feature a three-course Valentine’s Day prix fixe menu Crafted by Chef Zachary Geerson, the menu blends global influence with coastal elegance. Guests may choose either the standard menu, or the three-course experience. Highlights include a choice of:
- Starter: Moroccan harira with lamb shank and chickpeas, or cucumber and melon salad with marinated feta and pomegranate vinaigrette
- Entrée: Lobster risotto with tarragon and pistachio, or short rib New York strip with black truffle whipped potatoes and green peppercorn sauce
- Dessert: Dark chocolate and cherry tart with chocolate mousse and cherry compote
Waterfront Valentine's Day Dinner at Oxbow Bar & Grill
February 13-15 | $75 per guest or $140 per couple
Set along the Caloosahatchee River, Oxbow Bar & Grill will offer a Valentine’s weekend three-course prix fixe menu paired with waterfront views. Menu highlights include a choice of:
- Starter: Lobster bisque or burrata salad
- Entrée: Honey lavender duck breast with butternut mousseline; filet mignon and scallops with au gratin potatoes and mango chutney; or crispy skin branzino with charred bok choy and vierge sauce
- Dessert: Dark chocolate raspberry crunch sphere or milk chocolate and passion fruit heart
Guests enjoying the prix fixe specials may also select any bottle of wine or champagne at half off the listed price throughout the Valentine’s celebration.
Toast to Love at Beacon Social Drinkery
February 14 | First come, first served
Twelve stories above downtown, Beacon Social Drinkery will toast Valentine’s Day with skyline and river views, festive cocktails, and shareable bites. Valentine’s specials include:
- Bottomless sparkling rosé mimosas ($25)
- Signature cocktails, including Cupid’s Arrow ($19) and French Kiss ($18)
- Fourplay ($16): four oysters on the half shell with black garlic cocktail sauce and yuzu-chili mignonette
- A Valentine’s-themed Sweetheart Social Board featuring assorted fruits, cake, and candies served with spiced dark chocolate ganache perfect for sharing
